  Some things are not cheap, but like Stella Artois, reassuringly expensive! The cost of something should always be judged on the value one gets, and boy (if I can say boy) is our service from Cara valuable. Firstly, and very reassuringly, the team buck a modern day trend, and answer the phone within seconds of the caller selecting one (of only a few) options. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always solve the problem. That is why they remain an absolute must for the businesses I am involved with. As business owners, we are conscious of the cyber threats/scams that plague modern day business activities - however, most of us have little chance of knowing the direction and/or nature of them, nor how damaging they can be left undetected.   CARA Technology started to provide our IT support late last year, we were supported through the onboarding process and any issues were resolved in a timely manner with good communication.
I recently had an issue with our sharepoint site, and liaised with Harrison in the support team, who within 10 minutes had resolved my issue and given me some advice on what to do, which worked perfectly.
It is good to know support is available that is responsive and able to assist when required.

  I use CARA Technology for both outsourced IT support and Cyber Security. The team are always professional, helpful and super efficient. I have called recently with some challenges I faced on my laptop and nothing is ever too much trouble. They have also helped me achieve Cyber Essentials status, the process was very simple but incredibly robust.   I was working remotely at home yesterday and had problems using dual screens, and with the sound on my laptop. Our IT department referred me to Cara, and Dan Braddock was able to remotely sort both issues quickly and very capably whilst I was on the phone. Highly recommended.
