The cost of something should always be judged on the value one gets, and boy (if I can say boy) is our service from Cara valuable. Firstly, and very reassuringly, the team buck a modern day trend, and answer the phone within seconds of the caller selecting one (of only a few) options. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always solve the problem. That is why they remain an absolute must for the businesses I am involved with.   CARA Technology started to provide our IT support late last year, we were supported through the onboarding process and any issues were resolved in a timely manner with good communication.
I recently had an issue with our sharepoint site, and liaised with Harrison in the support team, who within 10 minutes had resolved my issue and given me some advice on what to do, which worked perfectly.
It is good to know support is available that is responsive and able to assist when required.
