Favourite value: Integrity – always taking ownership with honesty.
Fun fact: I donated a kidney to my dad in 2014
Superpower: Problem solving and patience.
Favourite value: Happiness – positive energy brings positive outcomes.
Fun fact: When I’m not in the office, you will normally find me hiking and camping accompanied by my canine sidekick Luna.
Superpowers: Bringing clarity, calm, and connection to every situation. Meg has a natural ability to support people through change, create trust, and keep teams moving forward with purpose.
Favourite Value: Mastery — she’s always learning, always curious, and always encouraging others to grow in ways that feel meaningful.
Fun Fact: Meg loves sailing and has a quietly adventurous side. She once crashed a boat — absolutely not fun at the time — but it hasn’t stopped her from getting back out on the water.
Superpower: Strategic nodding on Teams / Solving problems.
Favourite value: Exceptional – Every detail matters.
Fun fact: I am the youngest member of a covers band.
My favourite Core value is Collaboration. What ever the issue is, I find that whether it be the team at CARA or a joint effort between CARA and the client, we can resolve any issue if we work together.
Respect is earned at CARA by how good you are at Table Tennis
I would say of them all I will go with Mastery, there’s always something more for us to learn to benefit ourselves and our clients and as a team we keep striving to be better at what we do.
I’m gonna go with I believe Greggs should be nationalised like the NHS. It’s a British Icon.
Superpower: Uncanny ability to make capybaras appear periodically in the office

Fun fact: I enjoy running up hills and mountainbiking down them…

Fun fact: I was around before desktop computers and took many electrical devices apart which mostly worked once re-assembled.
